This application’s purpose is to let you create a bootable Live USB with a Linux distribution on it. Speaking about distributions, it must be said that the application provides support for a very, very long list of Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, OpenSUSE, Mint, ArchLinux, Gentoo, Puppy Linux, and many more. Getting back on track, LinuxLive USB Creator was built with ease of use in mind. You’ll see that via the beautiful interface you’ll be able to easily and quickly create a bootable Live USB key.

LinuxLive USB Creator provides support for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. The application is available as a stable version that you can quickly and easily install, as a portable version that you can take with you, and as a Beta version that you should use only if you are familiar with Beta testing products. Focusing on the stable version, installing it on a Windows-powered PC will take very little of your time. It must be mentioned that you can install it in the language of your choice – and many, many languages are supported.

LinuxLive USB Creator’s interface is beautiful – I liked it a lot. Another thing that I liked was the fact that it clearly presents the steps you must go through to create a live USB with a Linux distribution on it:
Step 1 – select the USB key you want to use.
Step 2 – choose a source for the Linux distribution you want to put on the key. You can choose a local ZIP, IMG, or ISO image, you can select a CD, or you can pick a favorite Linux distro and download it manually or automatically.
Step 3 – choose how much space you want to allocate to the Persistence feature. This feature allows you to keep your preferences and data even after reboot.
Step 4 – this step is optional. You can play around with 3 options: hide created files on key, format the key in FAT32, enable launching LinuxLive in Windows.
Step 5 – click the lightning icon and let the application do its job.

Once LinuxLive USB Creator is done, your default browser will launch and you will be taken to a webpage that provides info on how to use the Live USB key you just created.

LinuxLive USB Creator nicely blends together useful functionality, ease of use, and good looks. With this application you can create a Live USB key with any Linux edition you want on it. You can do so very easily from its good looking interface.

Pros

LinuxLive USB Creator is available as an installer and as a portable edition. You can install the application in one of many languages (extensive language support). The application provides support for a long list of Linux distributions. The good looking interface clearly presents all the steps you must go through to create a Live USB key with Linux on it. LinuxLive USB Creator is a free application (consider making a donation).

Cons

None that I could think of.
